Senior Management Change

Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: ATAT), a leading hospitality and lifestyle company in China, has announced that Ms. Rui Zhao will be resigning from her position as Co-Chief Financial Officer, effective June 30, 2023. This decision comes due to personal reasons. Mr. Shoudong Wang, who previously served as the other Co-Chief Financial Officer alongside Ms. Zhao, will continue to oversee the financial reporting and related strategic, management, and operational matters of the Company.

Mr. Haijun Wang, Founder, Chairman of the Board, and CEO of Atour, expressed his gratitude towards Ms. Zhao for her contributions to the Company during her seven-year tenure. He highlighted her role in strengthening the Finance Department and her significant contributions to the Company's development, including the successful IPO in 2022.
