Since 1990, there've been 30 trading days where the one-day rate of change in the MOVE Index has been greater than 4 sigma.
In March of 2022, there've already been 2 days with a 4+ sigma move, according to @creditsights pic.twitter.com/tPrZXMxeV3
Look at the slope of that line...30-Yr fixed mortgage rates are now 4.47% on average--three months ago, they were 3.24%. pic.twitter.com/czlwLRZM0s— Liz Young (@LizYoungStrat) March 17, 2022
4380 STRONG RESISTANCE: (1) 2 major resistances concur at 4380, one is the downward trendline from 4818; the other is a fib extension from 4161 low. (2) don't think it will break out this time, need retrace and regroup, better to 4310 zone. (3) if breakout, though, super-bullish.
4380 breakout: (1) convincingly breakout of the major resistance at 4380, next stop is 4440. (2) very evident w-3 character, so this wave has the potential to extend. (3) no retrace is needed, it will just crawl up.
